On August 1st, Cais da Villa was the stage for another Wine Dinner, designed to celebrate the best of summer with sophisticated flavors in a tranquil and refined setting. Chef Daniel Gomes prepared a carefully crafted menu, aimed at highlighting the freshness and flavors of the season. The wines from Van Zeller Wine Collection S.A. and Quinta de Medim Sanhoane were selected with special attention, creating a perfect pairing with each dish and providing a unique experience for those in attendance.
The evening began with a wine tasting, followed by appetizers created by the Chef. The menu was designed to accentuate seasonal ingredients, with balanced and fresh dishes that complemented the selected wines flawlessly. The combination of flavors and aromas offered a full gastronomic experience, captivating all the senses.
This event was also an excellent opportunity to promote the brands Van Zeller Wine Collection S.A. and Quinta de Medim Sanhoane, allowing for a closer connection with wine enthusiasts and strengthening the presence of both brands in the market. Direct interaction with the brand representatives helped create an intimate atmosphere, where the stories and legacies of each winery could be shared with the guests.
