We support our producers Monte São Sebastião (Douro) and Montalegre (Trás-Os-Montes) and continue our cycle of wine dinners. On 14th November
we’re counting on your presence for a time of wine tasting and pairing, with suggestions from Chef Daniel Gomes, at Cais da Villa.

We’re counting on you at 7pm for another Cais da Villa event with lots of new features.

– Regional Bread | DOP Transmontano Olive Oil | Marinated Olives

ENTRANCE
– PDO Maronena Veal Tartare, roasted marrow, yolk cream, chive emulsion and autumn truffle

FISH
– Fillet of red snapper with bivalve and fennel sauce, butternut squash and wild mushrooms

MEAT
– Wild boar stewed in red wine, crumbed potatoes, sautéed greens, chestnuts and pomegranate

DESSERT
– Persimmon, hazelnut and chocolate flavours
