Booking conditions
1. All the drinks shown are part of the menu until the coffee is served;
2. it is compulsory to confirm the number of people up to 48 hours before the event. After this deadline, confirmed guests who are not present will have to pay in full;
3. children up to 4 years old and as long as they do not occupy a place at the table do not pay. From 4 to 12 years old, 50% of the total menu price;
4. 50 per cent of the total price of the booking is paid as a deposit when the event is confirmed;
5. The remaining 50 per cent will be paid on the day of the event;
6. the above amounts can be paid in cash at CAISDAVILLA or by bank transfer to NIB: 0033-0000-45396708198-05.
Cancellation policies
Cancellations of scheduled events may be made provided that the following guidelines are observed.
1. Any cancellation request must be formalised by emailing geral@caisdavilla.com;
2. the CONTRACTING PARTY will have up to 48 hours before the start date of the event to request its cancellation;
a. If cancelled later, the CONTRACTOR will lose the right to the deposit given when the event request was formalised.
b. Contractors who comply with the above will receive a full refund of the amount paid as a deposit
CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT BY CAISDAVILLA
CAISDAVILLA reserves the right to postpone or cancel scheduled events for any reason, and is responsible for refunding the amounts previously paid to registrants within 15 days of receiving the following bank details: bank, branch, account and name of the holder.
