Booking conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.<\/strong> All beverages listed are included in the menu until the dessert service;
\n2.<\/strong> The final number of guests must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the event. After this period, confirmed guests who do not attend will be charged in full;
\n3.<\/strong> A deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount is required to confirm the event;
\n4. <\/strong>The remaining 50% must be settled on the day of the event;
\n5.<\/strong> Payments may be made in cash at CAISDAVILLA or by bank transfer to the following IBAN: PT50 0035 0906 00105437330 82<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

CANCELLATION POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n

The cancellation of scheduled events may be made, provided the following guidelines are observed:<\/p>\n

1.<\/strong> All cancellation requests must be formally submitted via email to: geral@caisdavilla.com;<\/a><\/strong>
\n2.<\/strong> The CLIENT may request the cancellation up to 48 hours before the event date;
\n \u00a0a. <\/strong>If the cancellation is made after this period, the client will forfeit the deposit paid at the time of confirming the event.
\n\u00a0b.<\/strong> Clients who comply with the above-mentioned deadline will be fully refunded the deposit amount paid.<\/p>\n

CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT BY CAISDAVILLA<\/strong><\/p>\n

CAISDAVILLA reserves the right to postpone or cancel scheduled events for any reason, and will be responsible for refunding any amounts previously paid by the client, within 15 days after receiving the following bank details: bank, branch, account number and account holder\u2019s name.<\/p>\n
